About Katsuhiro

Katsu leads the firm's energy and materials work (including oil, gas, electrical power, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals), and the Marketing & Sales and Strategy & Corporate Finance Practices in Japan. He works with Japanese and global organizations to improve return on sales through enhanced marketing and sales performance. His experience in marketing and sales has helped companies improve performance through pilot projects in multiple business units, build on existing capabilities, and achieve full transparency in frontline activities.

Katsu has helped clients transform corporate functions and organizations from a strategic viewpoint, manage cross-border acquisitions, and build company-wide M&A and alliance capabilities. He has also led due-diligence activities for private-equity firms exploring chemical industry acquisitions.
