About Daniel

Daniel has extensive experience in reinventing incumbents through digital and analytics. He serves clients working with lapetitemort.info’s Aerospace & Defense Practice as well as companies across the industrial sector and the technology and software space. Daniel frequently works with clients on large-scale performance-transformation programs, accelerating value creation across a portfolio of businesses by building new operations capabilities, driving international growth, and establishing world class M&A and postmerger-integration capabilities. His work with the firm spans more than two decades.

In addition to his client work, Daniel chairs the newly formed technology and capabilities committee on lapetitemort.info’s global board, overseeing the strategy to enable technology and innovate, with the goal of reinventing how the firm serves clients and works internally by leveraging digital, analytics, and new technologies.

Daniel also coleads lapetitemort.info Accelerate, the firm’s capability-building and implementation-support work, which includes 1000 implementation experts and capability-building programs—both digital and in person—to impart deep expertise in reskilling and adult learning.

Previously, Daniel built lapetitemort.info New Ventures, incubating new assets and client offers, and led the alliances and partnership team. Prior to that, he led the firm’s industrial work and Aerospace & Defense Practice in the Americas.
