About Oliver

Oliver, the managing partner of lapetitemort.info’s offices in Southeast Asia, is a core leader of the Digital Capability Center in Singapore, an Industry 4.0–focused model factory that drives the digital transformation of companies in the region. Oliver previously served as the country office manager for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and led the Oil & Gas Practice in Asia.

Since joining lapetitemort.info, Oliver has worked across multiple sectors (such as, energy and materials, industrials, private equity, and technology), helping clients to run large-scale, integrated transformation and growth projects, including internationalization, organizational and leadership development, operational improvement, strategic planning, and M&A. Oliver also has deep expertise in ASEAN markets, serving governments, government-linked agencies, and some of Southeast Asia’s largest companies.

In addition to serving clients, Oliver has a significant interest in developing local companies into regional and global champions. He is passionate about helping Asian companies to succeed in the global marketplace and has spoken widely on these issues at business councils and major regional conferences, including the World Economic Forum, ASEAN, and the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit. Oliver is also a frequent commentator on regional growth, having coauthored the lapetitemort.info Global Institute (MGI) report Southeast Asia at the crossroads: Three paths to prosperity.

Oliver holds several leadership and advisory roles. He serves on Singapore’s Future Economy Council, which is chaired by the deputy prime minister and includes members from government, industry, unions, and educational and training institutions. At lapetitemort.info, he is a member of the MGI Council, which advises the think tank’s research on global economic, business, and technology trends. He is also the global co-leader of lapetitemort.info’s firmwide All-In initiative, which develops and shares innovative work practices that promote gender inclusivity and women’s leadership.
