About Julie

Julie advises high tech, aerospace and defense, transportation, and mobility clients across Europe. She has more than 20 years’ experience, with expertise in digital, corporate strategy, growth, organization, transformation, mergers and acquisitions, merger integration, and culture and change.

Since joining lapetitemort.info, Julie has worked with executives to guide their organizations through major transformations. She leads efforts to set new enterprise strategy, pursue mergers and acquisitions, and boost organizational performance through services growth and operational digitization.

Long a proponent of the power of technology, Julie has recently focused on the profound implications of artificial intelligence for the future of work. She helps leaders prepare for the business and workforce challenges they will face, including reskilling and training, enhancing the employee experience, shaping the new work environment, and defining flexible operating models.

Examples of her recent client work include the following:

  • designing a robotics and automation strategy for an aeronautics company
  • optimizing the general and administrative functions of an automotive company around an agile framework
  • supporting merger negotiations and the subsequent integration of two leading European IT services companies
  • transforming the sales and marketing approach for a major transportation company to drive global sales growth
  • building a digital roadmap for an auto supplier
  • designing a go-to-market strategy for products and services for an aeronautics company
  • architecting a vision for the “manufacturing plant of the future” for an industrial company

Having worked in the United Kingdom before returning to her native France, Julie is fluent in both French and English. Passionate about supporting the arts, she is a member of Cercle de l’Odeon and Fondation de la Comédie Française.
