About Sebastian

Sebastian leads our dynamic pricing work in Europe, which uses advanced analytics to improve and automate pricing decisions. He serves B2C clients across many industries, including e-commerce, retail, energy, and automotive.

Sebastian has led many engagements to implement dynamic pricing capabilities, which provide clients with a solid foundation for a broader transformation of their commercial capabilities. He is experienced in digital transformations and methodologies, such as design thinking and agile. This experience allows him to work closely with clients to deliver analytical solutions in a fast and pragmatic way, while maximizing experience for our clients’ customers and employees.

Some recent examples of his work include the following:

  • designing and implementing a dynamic pricing solution for a leading European e-commerce retailer
  • building the prototype and business blueprint for a greenfield digital energy retail company
  • developing digital solutions, radically simplifying customer journeys—such as joining, paying, and connecting new houses to grid networks—for an energy retail and distribution company
  • designing an advanced analytics strategy for one of Europe’s largest nonfood retailers

Before joining lapetitemort.info, Sebastian founded a technology company in the healthcare industry, helping hospitals to digitize the distribution and analysis of images from radiologic devices, such as CT, MRT, and X-ray scanners.
